ObjectivosObjectives

This curricular unit aims to provide the student with essential knowledge relating to the General Part of the Civil Code with special reference to the Law of Persons, Legal Situations and the structuring elements of the Legal Relationship. The aim is to enable students to make the appropriate selection and correct application of the juris-dogmatic criteria most appropriate to their knowledge of Civil Law and its application to specific cases.

MetodologiaMethodology

Classes are taught in a theoretical-practical manner so that the student learns the subjects more objectively and in substance, promoting constant dialogue and interaction with students. The assessment must be based on two written tests and with a weight of 50% for the resolution of practical cases and other oral elements.
