  The legal regime of individual subordinated employment relationships is studied, (with the exception of the Payment, Contract suspension phenomena and the transfer of an undertaking , and regime of termination of the employment contract, a matter that will be dealt with within the scope of the subject of Labor Law II (second semester).

  The learning process aims to enable students to approach and solve, based on the relevant legislation, practical problems emerging from the experience of labor relations in companies, taking into account the primordial social function of Labor Law.
