MetodologiaMethodologyThe teaching-learning methodologies adopted in this course are based on a communicative approach founded on the pragmatic-functional principle, with the aim of acquiring communicative competence in different professional situations in the area of law. An active student-centred methodology is favoured, using different digital tools which at the same time provide greater interaction between students and the teacher. For this purpose, we also use pair/group work, role-playing and simulations of professional situations in the legal area. Assessment will be continuous: 1 test - 50%; 1 worksheet - 20%; orality (in class + oral presentation) - 30%.
