  Specific Goals:   Students must demonstrate specific knowledge about:   The definition of thing and the respective classification;   The definition of right in rem and the respective guiding principles;   Classification of rights in rem;   The legal regime of possession;   The legal regime of property;   The legal regime of fruition rights in rem;   The legal regime of acquisition rights in rem;   The legal regime of guarantee rights in rem.
