This is the 2nd Edition of the Algarve People Management Meeting (EGPA), taking place on 20 May 2025. The EGPA celebrates International Human Resources Day (20 May) with a two-hour event dedicated to People Management in the Algarve. The 2nd Edition continues the long-standing dream of bringing together, in the same forum, various Human Resources Management specialists, academia, and the community. It includes the presence of invited experts who will ensure the opening conference, keynote speaker, and two round tables, in addition to a networking and socialising period during the coffee break.

It is aimed at managers and professionals working in organisations, students, and the general community of the Algarve who have a focus or interest in People Management. It is organised under the Change Up Project brand – a collaborative project founded and led by Professors Patrícia Araújo and Lígia Nascimento, which aims to connect the academic and business worlds, by AAULA – the Alumni Association of the Lusófona Group in the Algarve, and by NEGISMAT – the ISMAT Management Students’ Group.
